Couldn't recommend more for spending night

Clean room. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the proximity to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.

No problems at all.

I got a recently renovated room with a microwave, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making equipment. The bed was comfy. The location was marvellous and convenient - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Anderson.

A surprising twist at check-in

After a long drive, checking in to a freshly renovated room was like a warm hug. The outdoor pool sparkled invitingly, and the staff radiated positivity.

The Wi-Fi was disappointingly slow was nice. A bit frustrating, but manageable for a relaxing getaway.

Helpful and best staff as one would expect.

The gentleman at the desk when In called for directions , could not give them. However the young gentleman at the desk on Sat. A.M. was familiar with the town and could give them.

Close to I- 85 and close to the funeral home I needed to go to.

Location is immediately off I 85, and within a few blocks to great numbers of restaurants, shopping, lakes, Clemson Univ, movie theater, etc. Free USA Today. Helpful desk. Very good breakfast. Quiet.

Cleaning protocols could use a complete overhaul!!! Noise disturbances can ruin a restful stay!!! Management should address maintenance issues promptly !!!

Very Friendly Staff

The shower was not real clean. There was some long strands of dark hair in the shower!

Beds too small. Full size beds should be outlaw ed inhotels!!

Overall cleanliness needs some serious attention. The floors weren't cleaned effectively, a persistent issue throughout my stay, leading to some unwanted buggy companions, particularly the ticks-had them on my pillow, which isn't a pleasant reminder of where you're sleeping. The bathroom's toilet seat showed nicks, made it look grimy, and that walk-in shower could be a slip hazard. Although I was in a non-smoking room, I caught whiffs of smoke from other guests-nothing quite like a fresh air vibe tainted by someone else's smoke. Wi-Fi connectivity was almost nonexistent. Couldn't even use my laptop comfortably, frustrating. The breakfast options weren't excellent, lacking variety and quality.

A convenient location near the interstate offered easy access to nearby restaurants. The experience quickly soured due to unhygienic conditions. The non-smoking room had a cigarette smell, and the linens featured stains. The breakfast selection was dismal, with only basic options like waffles and cereal.

The lobby had a cute vibe and was easy to navigate. The accessibility features were a lovely touch for tired feet.
